By using SCRA Saver, you're agreeing to these rules. If you don't agree, please don't use our service. We can update these terms, and we'll email you when we do.
By accessing and using SCRA Saver, you confirm that you agree to and are bound by the terms outlined below. These terms apply to our website, emails, and any other communication channels.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
License to Use
You can use SCRA Saver for your own SCRA claims. You can't copy our software, resell it, or use it to build a competing product.
SCRA Saver grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for the purpose of claiming benefits under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA).
- You may use the platform to submit claims for yourself. Each submission should adhere to the terms specified in this agreement.
- You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without our express written permission.
- Violation of these terms can result in the immediate termination of your license to use SCRA Saver.
- If any content or code within SCRA Saver is sourced from third parties, it retains its original license.
User Accounts
Give us accurate info when you sign up. Keep your password safe—you're responsible for what happens in your account.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Payments & Refunds
We use Stripe (industry standard). You get a 30-day money-back guarantee. If prices change, we'll give you 30 days notice.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. SCRA Saver does not directly store your payment information.
- 30-day money-back guarantee. If your claim submission fails to meet expectations, contact us for a full refund within 30 days of payment.
- Pricing is subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes via email at least 30 days in advance.
Prohibited Uses
Don't break the law, hack us, spam, or pretend to be someone else. Use the platform as intended.
You may not use SCRA Saver for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. Specifically, you may not:
- Violate any federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- Transmit any material that contains viruses or malicious code
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate SCRA Saver, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send messages
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the platform
Intellectual Property
We own SCRA Saver's code, design, and content. You can't copy or redistribute it without permission.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SCRA Saver (Revlent LLC) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our service without prior written consent.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We provide the service "as is." While we work hard to make everything reliable, we can't guarantee perfection. We're not responsible for indirect damages.
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall SCRA Saver, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Termination
It's a one-time purchase—no subscription to cancel. You keep access to your documents and claim history. We can end your access if you violate these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Changes to Terms
If we make major changes, we'll email you 30 days in advance. Continued use means you accept the changes.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
