How to File Your Claim

Processing Time

Citizens Bank typically processes SCRA requests within 14-21 days. You'll receive written confirmation once approved.

Retroactive refunds: If approved, Citizens Bank will calculate all excess interest paid since your service start date and issue a refund, typically as a statement credit or check.
