  1. Call Honda Financial Services
    Contact 1-800-708-6555 and ask for the SCRA or military assistance department.
  2. Submit military orders
    Fax to 1-310-972-2218 or mail to the address below with your account number.
  3. Request rate cap AND refund
    Explicitly request both the 6% rate reduction and a retroactive refund of excess interest.
  4. Get written confirmation
    Request written confirmation showing the new rate and any refund amount.

Lease Termination Process

If you need to terminate your Honda or Acura lease due to military orders:

  • Submit written notice of termination along with military orders
  • Return the vehicle within 15 days of notice
  • Lease terminates on the date of return
  • No early termination fees apply under SCRA
  • You may still owe for excess mileage or damage
